Return Policy – WrapItEasy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@wrapiteasy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or an incorrect product was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WrapItEasy is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened wraps

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wrapiteasy.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
